The Skoda is planning to enter the SUV market with its hotly anticipated car, Skoda Vision SUV. The Czech automobile manufacturer will unveil the car at the 2016 Paris Motor Show and make it available to customers a few months later. The full-size SUV is expected to come with top-of-the-class features in all areas.
Skoda Vision SUV – Exterior Worth Noticing:
According to the automaker, the Skoda Vision SUV will be built on the Volkswagen’s MQB platform. The Skoda Superb and Volkswagen Tiguan are based on this platform, so you can expect from a new car to share a lot of features with these two models. Its dimensions include 185-inch length, 75.2-inch width, 66-inch height, 6.6-inch ground clearance and 109.5-inch wheelbase.
In the front end, the Skoda SUV Vision will spot a chrome-plated grille, LED headlamps, body-colored bumpers and fog lamps. The sides will look stylish with alloy wheels, roof rails, and body cladding. In the rear end, the car will feature a tailgate-mounted rear spoiler, dual exhaust system, and LED tail lamps.
When it comes to the interior, the Skoda Vision SUV will feature 3 rows of seats and plenty of space around the seats and below the roof. The multi-function steering wheel will get a tilt & telescopic mechanism. In addition, there will two flat screens and vertically-positioned air holes on the dashboard. The screens will be part of the car’s integrated infotainment system which includes other features like navigation unit and audio unit. Other technological features include dual-zone automatic air conditioning, Bluetooth connectivity, USB, iPod, and Aux.
Skoda Vision SUV – Modifications in the Engine:
The SUV Vision will get 1.4 liters turbocharged petrol engine combined with an electric motor that will develop 221 hp with accelerate time from 0-62 mph in 7.4 sec. Its top speed is 124 mph and, with emits average of 149 mpg.

You can look forward to a wide range of protection features that will keep the car safe and secure. Some of the features include cruise control, anti-lock brake system, seat belts, blind-spot monitors, traffic alert, lane keeps assist, rearview camera, airbags and stability control.
